- 2 Standard FD-258 fingerprint cards to take your fingerprints on.

- Submission of your Fingerprints to any DBPR ORI #
- Automatic Reporting to DBPR
Fingerprint cards must be taken to to a fingerprinting company or a local police station/sheriffs office to be completed.
